REPLACEMENT AND REFUND
We replace and refund defective or damaged items. You can choose from same item replacement or merchandise credit refund.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error are exempt from being returned. Gift cards, Patterns and Downloadable software products are exempt from being returned.
Returns and refund will only be accepted if Gift Zone is notified within 3 days of receiving the item. Supporting photos must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org and product must be returned within 5 days after Gift Zone is notified.
Returned product is subject for inspection and Gift Zone reserve the right to refuse any returns if they do not meet our return requirements.
